Travelling with a wheelchair? Oh, yeah!

My name is Tobi and I was born prematurely in the late 80's. Despite my tetraplegia I've always been eager to go places, to meet people and to simply live a 'normal' life.

In my teenage years I fell in love with American and British culture. I am thankful that I've been able to travel the USA and the UK for a few times. One reason I like to visit these countries: The theme parks. I am CRAZY about theme parks – and a lot of US and UK theme parks (and of course the rides) are quite accessible! Nevertheless I am excited to see much more of the world. The spark of the idea of a journey, the whole planning process and the way an idea developes into an experience always get me.

It surprises me, that a lot of people I meet, are fascinated about my travelling. Travelling is essential to me. I love getting away, seeing new things, experiencing new places – and after all coming back home with lots of new impressions that give me energy for my everyday life.

Maybe these impressions are inspiration for your next getaway.

Enjoy reading.

P.S.: ...and I love good food – but who doesn't?
